At Prashanti Sarees, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every weave. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order number and photographs of the product to start the process.

  Quality Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the item is eligible for return based on our hygiene and usage standards.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the saree is securely packed in its original packaging.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
